2. Products & Pricing

  • Prices are listed in USD.

  • Pakistani customers can contact us for PKR pricing and receive a 10% discount when paying via direct bank transfer.

  • International buyers can also avail of this discount via bank transfer, Western Union, or MoneyGram (contact us for invoice).

3. Orders & Payments

  • We do not accept credit/debit card or online payment gateways at this time.

  • All payments are processed via direct bank transfer only, with customer permission, for security reasons.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Pakistan: 3–7 working days via trusted couriers.

  • International: 7–21 working days depending on destination.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in their country.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds are only possible within 3 days after dispatching and only if:
    ✅ The product is returned unopened, in its original packaging, and is not accepted by the client.
    ✅ Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refund.

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Taxes & Duties

  • Pakistan: GST applies as per local law.

  • International: Customers are responsible for local import taxes.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for courier delays or customs clearance issues.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product.
